Polk Villas, previously known as Chalmette Apartments, was an undervalued and under performing asset with rents well below market and losing out on ancillary revenue streams. Over the course of twelve months our team executed a large renovation, repositioning, and overhaul of the operations of the property. Enhancements to the property included the addition of new amenities, a complete rebranding of the exterior, and modern interior finishes. As a result of our work we have experienced a substantial increase in satisfaction of our residents and value for our investors.

Over the first twelve months rents increased by 20% on all floor plans and new lines of revenue were opened through utility bill back, administrative fees, and laundry. Gross monthly income over the first 12 months of operations increased 40% and is expected to continue to increase.
